The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. There are a few things that you must consider when purchasing a product made from naturally inconsistent materials. 
 

Every Piece Of Wood Is Different: 

Colors, grain, growth features, no two pieces of wood are alike. We pride ourselves in hand sourcing the highest quality wood with the most unique features. While we do our best to accommodate the style of wood you request we cannot guarantee it's going to look exactly as something we may have pictured. Therefore we cannot accept returns on products for this specific reasoning. 

Damaged Products: 

All products are insured by the shipping carrier - if your item arrives damaged we must file a claim with the shipping company to start the refund or replacement process.

Customized Products:

Custom products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us please reach out if there is an issue and we will do our best to resolve it.
